16th Summer School of Studio Kalari
July 4–12, 2026 (Thursday–Sunday)
Strużyny (Lubuskie region), Poland
During training sessions, we practise intensively, and in between them we relax under the pear trees, by the lake and on walks through the fields and woods. Seven days like this (plus two for travel to and from the venue) really help develop our kalari practice and improve our well-being.
Both beginners and advanced practitioners and most welcome.
The Autumn Kalari Retreat
November 12–15, 2026 (Thursday–Sunday)
GNIEWOSZÓW 16, close to Międzylesie, Guesthouse Śliwkowy Sad, Poland
Kalari practice, walks in the hills bathed in autumn sunshine (or raindrops), delicious food, peace and quiet, and a chance to escape the daily grind – that’s exactly what we can’t wait for!
Both beginners and experienced practitioners are most welcome.
